Thank you for choosing www.purchflow.com. We hope you’re satisfied with your dry pressed flower set. However, if you need to return or exchange your item after receiving it, please follow the terms and procedures below:
Return Policy
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Returns received after this date will not be accepted.
Return Requirements: The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging, including tags and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Request: Please contact our customer service team via email at taste@purchflow.com, stating your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and refunded to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.
Exchange Requirements: The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Please follow the return request process above, stating the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
Exchange Shipping: Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to an error.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you requested is out of stock, we will contact you to make further arrangements.
